(less time placing orders for multiple deliveries/less trips to the supermarket if your supply runs out) .
It also offers peace of mind of having a fully stocked freezer of the most tender, delicious and most Nutrient Dense Meat.
If freezer space is an issue consider splitting an order with a friend or neighbour.
Our Beef is dry aged for 2 weeks before it is cut and packaged.
We offer the following Assorted Boxes in various sizes. Each box will contain a selection of Premium Steaks, Roasts, Stew, Ground Beef, Short Ribs, Soup Bones (Roasts can be substituted with additional Ground Beef, Beef Cutlets and/or Beef Stir Fry based on availability - please specify when you pre-order)
Assorted (25 lbs) - $525
Assorted (50 lbs) - $999 (1/8 of a cow)
Assorted (100 lbs) - $1899(1/4 of a cow)
Assorted (200 lbs) - $3599(1/2 of a cow)
Assorted (400 lbs.) - $6799(Whole cow)
For example our 50 lb. assorted box will contain:
8 Premium Steaks (any combination of Tenderloin, Striploin, Rib Steak, Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin)
22 pkgs. of Ground Beef (approx. 1 lb. each)
2 Roasts (approx. 4 to 5 lbs each) Which can be substituted all or in part with additional ground beef, beef cutlets, beef stir-fry while quantities last
2 Pkgs. Beef Stew (approx.. 1 lb. ea.)
1 Pkg. Short Ribs (approx. 1 lb.)
2 pkgs. soup bones (1 to 2 lbs. ea.)
Depending on the weight of the Steaks and Roasts (as these will vary slightly) if the box is a few lbs. short, additional pkgs. of ground, stew or short ribs will be added to top up to 50 lbs.
The 25 lb box for eg. will be half the size of the above while the 100 lb box will have double the amount of meat but the ratio of the specific cuts will remain the same in all of the assorted boxes regardless of size.

$16/lb. Hanging Weight - Weight of the lamb after the head, hide, hooves, blood and internal organs have been removed. Once it has been aged and further processed into specific cuts it will yield approx. 65% of the hanging weight of meat to put in your freezer . The difference is due to moisture loss during aging, and further processing (removal of bones, trimming of fat and cutting into specific cuts.)
